The rains have stopped and the floods have subsided. It's going to be a fantastic weekend on the Isle of Wight, perfect for visiting all the animals we have here. We've got tigers and lemurs at the IOW Zoo, meerkats and penguins at Amazon World, donkeys at the Donkey Sanctuary, monkeys at Monkey Haven, alpacas at West Wight Alpacas, red squirrels at Parkhust Forest, butterflies at Butterfly World, falcons at Haven Falconry, pigs at Quarr Abbey and lots of cuddly little things (and wallabies) at Tapnell Farm, to name but a few . . . Oh and an ark at Firefly House, Cowes! Perfect for any rainy morning! See our Young Families page for pics of all our equipment, and our What to do on the IOW page for more ideas what you can see and do on the Isle of Wight.
And go to the Visit Isle of Wight website to take part in on the Isle of Wight Safari.
